Welcome to The Doggy Lama Academy, a canine obedience school based in the beautiful Lowcountry of Charleston, SC.

 

At Doggy Lama, we take an intuitive and experiential approach to training your pup, that relies on breakthroughs.  This means every humane technique available, is what we will utilise to get your dog's behaviour where you imagine it to be. From the use of "Pack Mentality", "Treat Work" , "Off-Leash Distraction", "Calming Techniques" and "Job-based Training" we will help you develop the Owner-Pet relationship you've been longing for.

With over 15 years of experience, we specialise in all levels of training from puppy foundation, basic training, and baby preparation, to rehabilitation with aggression, reactivity, separation anxiety and Baby Preparation. Our mission is to impart a sense of zen and purpose in your pup while empowering you with the tools and confidence to maintain that state of being, deepening your connection with your best furry friend.
